catatan si obese 6

ingatkan dpt la buat keje lain tahun nieh.. tup tup kena wat lagik thn nieh... adoiiiiiiiiiii ...anyway back to my diet prog. i managed to have a small piece of choc cake today... hahaha.... tempted. what to do? yabedabedu hehehe


breakfast : one tuna wholemeal sandwich and peel fresh drink
lunch : a bowl of assam laksa
tea : a small piece of choc cake, iced tea
dinner (before 6) : rice with soup and fried chicken drumstick.. yummm


exercise ?: sit ups morning and nite (50 times per day)

hehe...so how many lbs/kg have u lost so far? im currently trying to lose 2kg per week..so far so good..due date BLC with my coll is in august..so 'tak sanggup buat' is not an option..huhu...

hmmm i dunno. never dared to timbang.. hehehe until the weight count hujung bulan nanti. but ada lah bebudak puji i nampak kurus. wuawuawua

elo..juz wanna tell u that im currently losing 1lbs per day..due to 1hr cardio & 1 heavy meal per day in the morning & lots n lots of plain water n green tea...try that..at least for 1 week...ull c the result..trust me...hehe...n don't u go around saying i'm crazy for willing to do so...hehe....
