calorie counter
giler lah.. i've checked my weight and the calorie counter says that i have to lose 1760 calories per day... and climbing stairs for one hour per day pun baru 780 calories.... mamposssssssssss

hehe....how's the first day so far? mine...well, haven't started a thing...my so called cardio was abandoned due to other things...darn it! but i'm gonna start tomorrow...calorie...easy la tu...go online...there are lots of websites whereby you can check your calorie intake...
